GB 5789 heavy-duty hexagon head flange bolts are usually made of high-strength materials, such as low-carbon alloy steel or medium-carbon steel, and undergo heat treatment (such as quenching, tempering) to improve their strength and durability. The performance grades of bolts are divided into multiple grades, including 3.6, 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, 12.9, etc. Bolts of grade 8.8 and above are generally called high-strength bolts.Depending on the location of the flange bolts, the size requirements for the flange are also different. In addition, the flange can be flat or toothed. The toothed flange has an anti-slip effect. GB 5789 heavy-duty hexagonal flange bolts can be divided into ordinary bolts and reaming bolts according to the stress mode of the connection. The bolts used for reaming holes need to match the size of the hole and are used where lateral forces can be withheld.
