Chairman Huang Hui was invited to attend the exchange conference of five regional screw associations
On October 20, 2017, Huang Hui, Chairman of Jinan Star Fastener Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the five-region screw association exchange conference held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, during which he visited the Nagoya factory.
As the host of this exchange conference, the Japan Screw Industry Association put forward two suggestions: 1. Deepen the mutual understanding between various associations; 2. Promote communication among individual participants. At dinner parties, arrange for people from different regions to sit together at every table as much as possible. At the same time, the basic information of the association was introduced: the association consists of six committees and two departments composed of members to carry out activities respectively. All activities are carried out voluntarily by members. The purpose of the qualification committee is to cultivate talents at the production site and conduct screw manufacturing skills certification examinations, thereby establishing a qualification system for screw manufacturing skills. The purpose of the Future Development and Advertising Committee is to expand awareness activities about screws and build a network among members.

Katsura Okawa, international chairman of the Japan Screw Industry Association, a general corporate body, delivered a speech "On the Current Situation of Japan's Screw Industry". He analyzed the import and export situation of Japan's screws in recent years, indicating that Japan's screw industry is showing a recovery trend, but the status of each enterprise is still in a dire situation.
Wang Changming, executive vice chairman of the China Machinery General Components Industry Association, delivered a speech, pointing out that the way out for China's fastener industry is to follow the path of "Made in China 2025" and implement an innovation-driven, transformation and upgrading strategy. China's fastener industry has made some progress in intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, Internet +, etc., and its products have been successfully applied in strategic emerging industries such as wind power, nuclear power, high-speed rail, aerospace, and new energy vehicles. The situation of insufficient high-end and excess of middle and low-end products in China's fastener industry is changing.
Wu Waiyi, Chairman of the Hong Kong Screw Association, said: Under the world trend of continuous technological advancement, based on Industry 4.0, industrial upgrading and transformation, industrial automation and green smart industry, we must study harder and create a field that belongs to screws.
Jeong Han-sung, chairman of South Korea's FASTENER Industrial Collaboration, said: With the restart of corporate investment centered on developed countries, the economy will show a rebound trend. However, the actual economic situation experienced by enterprises is that uncertainty has caused many worries due to the spread of U.S. trade protectionism, the Federal Reserve's interest rate hikes, and the turmoil in the international situation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, we hope that all parties attending this exchange conference will have friendly exchanges and become a touchstone for the development of the fastener industry in various regions. On this basis, we will create a discussion platform that can achieve mutual benefit and win-win, and occupy the global fastener market while creating common interests. The leading position in the industry further dominates the growth and development of participating companies in various regions.
Zhang Tuhuo, chairman of the Taiwan Screw Industry Association, said: In view of the increasing demand for screws in the automotive industry, the global screw market demand will rise significantly in the next six years.
