2017 Outstanding Performance Personnel Commendation Conference

In order to vigorously promote advanced models, boost morale, further stimulate the work enthusiasm of all employees, and encourage everyone to work harder in the next year, various departments of the company have decided to commend and reward those with outstanding performance in 2017.The commendation meeting will be held on January 8 at 2 pm.

The company hopes that those who have been commended for their outstanding performance will cherish their honor, make persistent efforts, further play an exemplary role, and make new contributions and achieve greater success in their future work.

The company calls on all cadres and employees to learn from those who have been commended, and in future work, consciously align themselves with those who have outstanding performance, learn from employees who have worked hard to achieve high quotas, and strive to be on the list next year.

2017 Commendation Awards List

1. Three Excellent Leadership Awards: General Manager Comrade Liu Xingfu; Deputy General Manager Wang Yuhua; and Party Secretary Comrade Li Hongbo; for their outstanding achievements in 2017, they were awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Leadership Award" and each received a cash award of 1,000 yuan.

2. Five Outstanding Manager Awards: Qin Yong, Han Deyin, Zhang Yuhua, Zhang Hongtao, Jin Song; each will be awarded 800 yuan in cash.

3. Three Outstanding Workshop Director Awards: Zhou Guanghui, Chen Jinhua, and Su Aihua; each will receive a cash award of 600 yuan.

4. Four outstanding managers will be awarded: Zhan Cuiping, Zhan Guoqing, Zhao Zhidan, and Song Jiaying; each will receive a cash award of 400 yuan.

5. Six Quality Model Award winners: Ge Qianqian, Cui Xin, Fang Yibin, Zhu Zhongliang, Cheng Yuhong, and Xiang Jiuhua; each will receive a cash award of 400 yuan.

6. Production Expert Award: 10 winners: Zhang Shaogang, Sun Haibin, Guo Jiasheng, Han Zixing, Xie Xiyuan, Jiang Feng, Yin Xinzhong, Bi Yuzhou, Liang Aixia, Yang Shishen. Bonuses have been distributed based on quarterly salary rankings and will not be awarded twice.

7. Four Outstanding Communist Party Member Awards: Li Jiming, Zhang Guo, Wang Junli, and Wang Qizhu; each will receive a cash award of 300 yuan.

8. Three outstanding quality worker awards: Yang Lijun, Ma Fubin, and Jiang Peng; each will receive a cash award of 300 yuan.

9. Two Outstanding Planner Awards: Zhao Qingshan and Liu Guiping; each will be awarded 300 yuan in cash.

10. Five trade union activist awards: Ma Yingxiang, Li Jing, Wang Yi, Jiao Jian, and Li Qiang; each will receive a cash award of 300 yuan.
