On December 4, 2017, the Municipal Work Safety Bureau arranged five safety production standardization review experts to review our company's safety production standardization. In order to better adapt to the company's development requirements, the creation of safety standardization construction work has been included on the important agenda this year.

Standardized creation time

In July 2017, the company carried out corporate safety production standardization activities, established a safety leading group with the general manager as the leader and heads of departments as members, signed a safety production responsibility letter step by step, and improved the safety production management organization. A safety production network covering the entire company has been set up with safety managers and special equipment managers.

1. The company’s safety production responsibility system has been improved, and a safety target management responsibility letter has been signed with company leaders, heads of functional departments, workshop leaders and all employees. We have also formulated a system for companies, workshops, and teams to hold regular inspection meetings on production safety activities.

2. Formulate various safety production rules and regulations, improve and update operating procedures, improve various emergency plans, various management systems and operating procedures, and achieve on-wall management.

3. Special investment in production safety has been established. The main safety facilities are electrical facilities and fire-fighting equipment. Various safety production signs have been configured to address potential safety hazards in the production process. Employees are required to pay social insurance for work-related injuries and accidental injury insurance and provide labor protection supplies in accordance with the law.

4. The safety production management organization is sound, with clear responsibilities. On-site safety supervision and inspection work is managed in an orderly and standardized manner. Safety hazard inspections are organized at least once a month, and problems and safety hazards discovered during the inspection are implemented and rectified in writing.

5. The company conducts training on standardization-related knowledge from time to time, organizes management personnel to conduct production site safety inspections, promptly rectifies various hidden dangers, and combines them with performance appraisals.

According to the assessment results of safety production standardization, we will modify and improve safety production, continue to improve, and continuously improve safety performance.

Review conclusion
