Jinan Shida 2025 Mid-Year Summary Conference

On the afternoon of August 11th, the company's mid-year summary and commendation meeting for 2025 was grandly held in the multi-functional hall on the third floor. The chairman, directors, general manager, along with the senior management team attended the meeting. During the meeting, department managers, workshop directors, and representatives of the award-winning employees gathered together to review the achievements of the first half of the year and outline the blueprint for the second half.

The senior executives took turns to come to the stage and conducted in-depth reviews of the work achievements in the first half of the year. They combined market dynamics and the company's strategy to clearly define the key tasks for the second half of the year. The most impressive part was the detailed data showing steady improvement in the company's operational performance in the general manager's report. This was the best answer under the correct guidance of the chairman, where all employees worked together and strived hard. It also strengthened everyone's confidence to closely follow the chairman's instructions and achieve and exceed the annual task targets in the second half of the year.

The five awards - Production Expert, Quality Expert, Maintenance Expert, Advanced Innovation and Advanced Lean Management - were announced one by one. Relevant leaders presented the awards to the winning employees, giving them honors, bonuses and certificates.
